I also buy a bottle of peppermint and a bottle of lavender oil and mix them half and half in a mixing bottle. This is my favorite combo. I carry a bottle in my purse, in the bathroom, in the office. I have them stashed everywhere so I always have one on hand. Sniffing it directly from the bottle is very balancing. I think I employ every one of these tips in my daily life.
