My trusty little bottle of tea tree oil is one of my favorite products. Just in the past week I’ve used it for several different things. I’ve mixed 15 drops into a spray bottle with vinegar and water to make all-purpose household cleaner; I’ve added it to unscented detergent to wash diapers; I’ve applied it to a hideous zit on my chin (which disappeared without a trace within 2 days, I might add); and just 10 minutes ago I put a drop of it into a bit of olive oil to spread on Corben’s bum, which was getting a bit red.
The possible uses for tea tree oil are almost endless! It is antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial. I surprise myself with how often I blurt out “Tea tree oil!” as a suggestion to people. I have fallen deeply in love with all essential oils, but tea tree oil will always be my first love.
