Our family loves homemade sweet potato fries. They don’t take much longer to make than it takes to bake frozen fries, and they are so much more nutritious – and they taste so much better, too!
It takes about five minutes to cut a couple of sweet potatoes into fries. Spread them out evenly on a baking sheet or pizza stone, and season them if you want. Mike and Sebastian just used salt and black pepper tonight; the possibilities are endless. Bake them at 450 for 15 minutes, then check on them every 5 minutes after that until they are as done as you want them to be.
